Turning the Corner with The Business

After a few years of loads of stress and hopeful hearts...CBR was ranked #31 in Forbes magazine for Most Promising Company in the U.S. and  #1 in Utah.  We are still climbing and businesses are never safe, but we do feel very, very blessed at this point in the game.  Who would have thought!!  Lots of hard work, sacrifice, sweat and tears is what has built this business, but could have not have even been accomplished without tons of help from up above.  http://www.forbes.com/lists/2011/28/most-promising-companies-11_CampusBookRentalscom_K4F4.html Great Article :)

Halloween and Fall

So I love fall!  Love Halloween and some things never change!!  Black Island Farms and Carving pumpkins...we all love it, can't  you tell??

a fun little party had with the Jacobsen clan at the office seemed to be a good idea to start off the season!

I was in charge of the Halloween party for Ridges class this year!  We played some pretty funny games...Here are a few pictures of that silly day...

November Birthdays

So us girls had a birthday!  One of us was really really excited...the other wished it hadn't come!  A wonderful milestone for one and another milestone that was dreaded!  Turning 30 really really sucked :)

Goodbye Cadillac..Hello Buick LaSabre??

Jaden sold the Caddie and this is what he bought!

Hey NO car payment!! and that is all that matters!  Right?

Ke'Nias Special Day

Being behind on Post is a very bad thing!!  So much to catch up on but the most important thing would be the baptism of our youngest.  It's been 8 years since we have had a little girl in our midst, and she is truly a blessing to our family.  She was baptized on the 3rd of December by her brother Jaden.  She was so excited that we were so glad when the day finally came!  The font water was cold and shallow and she was able to be dunked 3 times,,(she wanted to be baptized more than once so I am sure this was no accident!)  Jaden did a wonderful job and my heart was overfilled with love seeing a carefree teen melt as he gave his little sister the first key into being able to live with Father in Heaven again someday.  What a very proud moment I beheld in those few precious moments.  She was surrounded by love of friends and family who came to support her on her big day!

Grandma and Grandpa Jacobsen and Martin were there, Aunt Penny, Uncle Clay Zan and Kelsey, Uncle Alan, Aunt Melena, Gracie, Jake and Brighton, Uncle Doug and Oaklee, Sister Collins her primary teacher, Jeff, Norma Jean and Blake Baltazar, Rod and Ann Taggart, Amberlee, Rileigh, Logan and Nellie Whtiemter, Elsie, Jake, Annie Rowlan and Figga, Jan and Maddie Forsberg.  We had a little dinner at the house and Ke'Nia was very happy with her whole special day!
